Dates: July 8th, 2011 through July 13th, 2011
Ages:  9U, 11U, 13U, 17U (wood bat) & 18U (wood bat)

Dates:  July 15th, 2011 through July 20th, 2011
Ages:  10U, 12U, 14U (60/90), 15U (wood bat) & 16U (wood bat)

NOTE: 14U will Play 60/90, 15U, 16U, 17U, & 18U will be a Wood Bat Tournament

NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP ENTRY FORM

WORLD SERIES ENTRY FEE:
14 years old and Under = $650.00 (+$25.00 if not registered w/CABA)
15 years old and up= $750.00 (+$25.00 if not registered w/CABA)

Note: Add $75.00 at large berth fee, if you did not qualify through league or tournament


DUE BY: July 1, 2011

CODE OF UNDERSTANDING:

  1. All entries are subject to approval of the National Championship Director or the CABA National Executive Director.
  2. The Directors are under no obligation to accept any entry that arrives after the bracket is drawn.
  3. Any team that submits a bad check for payment of entry fee or motel bills will be subject to disbarment.
  4. All teams will be ready to play on opening day of the tournament through the last day of the tournament.
  5. All teams MUST stay in Tournament sponsored hotels, or will be subject to disbarment.
  6. All Teams in the 15U - 18U Divisions must use Wood Bats approved by the directors     (No Bamboo bats and No Composite bats)
